Job Overview
Senior Salesforce Developer / Solutions Engineer focused on Flows, integrations and platform engineering. A hands-on technical owner who designs, builds and optimizes scalable solutions across automation, integrations and platform architecture, translating business requirements into production-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build advanced Record-Triggered Flows, Screen Flows and asynchronous workflows
Optimize automation within governor limits; manage custom objects, validation rules, security and sharing models
Develop REST & SOAP API integrations using Named Credentials and External Services
Build JSON-based data exchange between Salesforce and external systems
Develop and support Apex Classes, Triggers and SOQL queries
Act as Tier-3 escalation for integration failures, Flow errors and performance issues; perform root-cause analysis from debug logs
Translate business requirements into technical designs; create BRDs and architecture diagrams
Communicate complex technical concepts in simple business language
Requirements
10+ years of overall Salesforce experience
6+ years hands-on in Apex (Triggers, Classes, SOQL)
REST/SOAP API integrations, JSON parsing and payload management
Named Credentials and External Services
Advanced Salesforce Flows (Record-Triggered & Screen Flows)
Strong independent problem-solving; experience in high-ownership environments
Able to share sample BRDs / solution design docs / architecture diagrams (non-confidential)
Nice to Have
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (highly preferred)
Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator; App Builder
Box / SendGrid or similar integrations
Data 360 / Snowflake
Salesforce DevOps / CI-CD tools
