Own assigned client programs and books of business end-to-end
Develop and enhance Tableau dashboards to track business performance and KPIs
Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership, operations and field teams
Calculate, validate and reconcile commissions; perform weekly commission audits
Validate weekly production, quality, commission and P&L reporting; investigate discrepancies
Manage SPIFs, client-funded incentives and field bonus programs; validate payouts
Maintain documentation and controls for commission and incentive processes
Represent analytics in client and operational meetings; act as primary analytics contact

4+ years in analytics, BI, reporting, operations analysis or related role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Analytics, Engineering or related field
Strong Tableau dashboard development and data visualization
Advanced Excel: XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas
Experience with commissions, incentives, financial validations or performance-based reporting
Proven ability to own a campaign/book of business end-to-end
Strong communication and exceptional attention to detail

Experience in sales, telecommunications, contact center or performance-driven environments
Experience presenting findings to leadership, clients or operational stakeholders
Knowledge of commission management, incentive compensation and P&L validation
