Junior Automation Developer

Job Overview

Early-career automation role in GI Outsourcing's AI & Automation team for Finzo. Builds, tests, documents and maintains workflow automations, low-code apps, AI-enabled tools and operational dashboards across finance operations. Reports to the Senior AI & Automation Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test and maintain workflow automations and low-code apps using Power Automate, Power Apps and Microsoft 365

• Support process improvements: document intake, exception routing, query tracking, approvals, report generation

• Support development, testing and maintenance of AI tools, copilots, prompts and knowledge repositories

• Build and maintain operational dashboards and MIS reports; support data quality

• Support Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform and system integrations

• Troubleshoot issues, maintain technical documentation and assist users with testing and adoption

Requirements

• 1–3 years in technology, systems, automation or software development roles

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT or similar

• Microsoft Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft 365

• Data analysis capability and basic SQL

• Strong problem-solving skills; strong interest in AI and automation

• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
