AI Engineer II

Job Overview

Responsible for the technical execution and scaling of AI solutions across the enterprise. Works within cross-functional teams to plan and build AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable business value, leveraging platforms such as Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex and Salesforce in line with data governance and security standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and scale AI, GenAI and LLM-based solutions across diverse business units

• Lead solution incubation, rapid prototyping, testing and scaling of innovative AI use cases

• Research, evaluate and implement emerging AI tools: Claude, ChatGPT Enterprise, Copilot, Snowflake Cortex

• Integrate AI capabilities into existing enterprise digital platforms with data and engineering teams

• Produce high-quality technical documentation and reports for engineering and stakeholder teams

• Support continuous improvement of AI digital platforms for performance and reliability

Requirements

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in AI/GenAI solutions, data analytics or enterprise technology roles

• Experience designing AI agent architectures: tool integrations, MCP servers, API orchestration, enterprise system connectivity

• Strong proficiency in AI/GenAI platforms: Claude, ChatGPT, Snowflake Cortex, Salesforce

• High proficiency in Python, SQL, R or TypeScript

• Experience with enterprise data platforms, CRM, cloud, vector databases and data lakes

• Proven experience implementing and scaling AI solutions in a fast-paced environment

• Foundational understanding of responsible AI, data security and governance

Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related field

• Certifications: Microsoft AI-102, SnowPro Core, Salesforce AI Associate, Prompt Engineering
