Job Overview
Supports the design, development and maintenance of AI-powered solutions and AI-enabled workflows across the organization. Works with GenAI and low-code/no-code platforms to build practical solutions that improve how teams work, collaborating closely with data and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities
Build and implement AI, GenAI and LLM-based solutions for internal and external projects
Develop and maintain AI-enabled workflows and automation tasks
Perform prompt engineering and data preparation to optimize model outputs
Research, test and evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms
Collaborate with data and engineering teams on AI and data initiatives
Support documentation and onboarding resources for AI tools
Ensure adherence to responsible AI, data governance and security practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering or related field
1–2 years of experience with exposure to AI/GenAI tools, workflow automation, scripting, data platforms, or AI academic/internship projects
AI/GenAI fundamentals and prompt engineering
Exposure to ChatGPT and Claude
Python or SQL scripting
Workflow automation basics and low-code/no-code tools
Behavioral: analytical thinking, curiosity, collaboration, problem-solving, communication, learning agility, documentation
Nice to Have
Snowflake Cortex, Salesforce Einstein
Awareness of data governance; exposure to CRM systems and enterprise data platforms
Certifications: Microsoft AI-900, Salesforce AI Associate, Prompt Engineering, GenAI foundational
